On December 8, our teachers and students came to the "Red Culture Base" in the Qingwa House Scenic Area of Nanning City to start a profound and colorful research trip. With the theme of "inheriting the red gene and continuing the red blood" and the theme of reliving the red memory, this research adopts the form of "field experience+outdoor expansion" to immerse in the hard won victory of the Red Army soldiers in the War of Resistance, so as to learn to appreciate and cherish the happy life at present. Huang Jinyan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of the school, Huang Yi, Director of the School Work Office and other school leaders accompanied the research.

At the opening ceremony, Director Huang Yi addressed the ceremony. He said that young students are the future and hope of the country. Through this research activity, we should deeply understand the historical background and fighting experience of the Red Army's Long March, understand the heroes' firm belief and selfless dedication, stimulate everyone's enthusiasm for patriotism and love for the party, and bring what we have learned back to school and life.

With the sound of the battalion instructor's whistle, the students dressed in uniform, followed the instructor's guidance with neat steps, and completed the scene simulation of the Red Army's Long March, such as "climbing the snow mountain", "crossing the grass", and "flying to Luding Bridge". The students also walked into the ancient village of Qingwafang and the research and practice education base to experience the life and production of the ancestors through real scenes.

After the end of the field experience project, such challenging and collaborative game projects as "Caterpillar" and "Great Challenge to Turn the Tide around" started to fight with passion. With the cheers and shouts, the team composed of teachers and students worked together to participate in the game with all their strength for the collective victory and honor. In the game, everyone relaxed their muscles and bones, stimulated their potential, enhanced team communication, and realized that the collective power can "hit other mountains' stones".

The launch of this research activity enables teachers and students of our school to inherit the red gene in research and achieve "thinking, learning, feeling and doing" "Gain", an immersive experience of an infectious, interactive and enlightening "ideological and political course". In the next step, our school will continue to do a good job in the "red research" course, guide and encourage young students to make up their minds and strive to become new people of the era who can be the great task of national rejuvenation.
