Carry out special lectures on "double qualified" teacher assessment
In order to do a good job in the identification and application of our school's "double qualified" teachers and build a team of "double qualified" teachers with sufficient quantity and excellent quality, on January 8, 2021, our school carried out a special lecture on the evaluation of "double qualified" teachers. Chen Xiaomei, a teaching and research member of Nanning Vocational Education Center, was specially invited to give a lecture, and all teachers in our headmaster's campus participated in listening.
From the strategic height of Guangxi's vocational education development, Director Chen introduced the main significance of the construction of the "double qualified" teacher team, interpreted the identification documents of Guangxi's "double qualified" teachers, and gave a lecture around the identification standards, policy system and evaluation methods of "double qualified" teachers.
Near the end of the lecture, teachers asked and communicated with Director Chen about the identification and declaration of "double qualified" teachers. Director Chen answered and guided the teachers in detail, and expressed expectations for the steady progress of the identification of "double qualified" teachers in our school. The atmosphere was active and orderly.
In recent years, our school has focused on improving the comprehensive quality and practical ability of teachers, and cultivated a team of teachers with pioneering and innovative spirit and high professional level. The successful holding of this special lecture is conducive to promoting the cultivation and development of our school's "double qualified" teachers.
"Double qualification" teachers are compound professionals who have higher education and teaching level and stronger professional operation demonstration skills, and have professional and technical post qualification certificates of teachers and corresponding professional qualification certificates or technical grade qualification certificates. In the future, our school will strongly support and encourage teachers to apply for the recognition of "double qualified" teachers, and promote the development of our teaching team into a high-quality and professional "double qualified" teaching team.
