Wei Jun, dance teacher

Wei Jun, graduated from Guangxi Academy of Arts with a bachelor's degree. He is now the director of dance educational administration of Nanning Nanshan Art Vocational and Technical School, learning dance performance and education from Professor Gong Jian, vice president of the Dance School of Guangxi Academy of Arts, and a young Zhuang dancer. He has been engaged in dance teaching for many years and has a wide range of dance fields. He has visited Pu'er, Yunnan, Xishuangbanna, and Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan for many times to collect folk customs. He once worked in Zhejiang Song and Dance Theater, won the gold medal in the sixth "Shanwa Zai" Lotus Cup Dance Competition, was invited to represent Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to participate in the 90th anniversary gala of the founding of the Great Hall of the People in Beijing "Our Banner", gave a presentation performance for Hu Jintao, Wen Jiabao, Xi Jinping, Li Keqiang and other national leaders, and was awarded the honorary title of excellent Zhuang dancer. In the teaching process, it focuses on guiding students to know dance and master skills with full enthusiasm and dedication, and is loved by students with its exquisite teaching method and rigorous teaching attitude. He has participated in the scientific research reform of art education courses in Nanning for many times, and published an academic paper "Analysis of the Teaching Status and Measures of National Dance Culture in Secondary Vocational School Folk Dance Classroom" in the August 2021 issue of the excellent journal "Vocational Education".
