With the arrival of the 2024 Spring Festival, the Party branch of Nanshan Arts School has carried out a voluntary service activity of civilized practice to vigorously cultivate and practice the socialist core values, enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the masses, and create a happy, auspicious, warm and smooth festival atmosphere.

Writing Spring Festival couplets in calligraphy

No spring without couplets. Spring is thicker with couplets. On the morning of January 19, 2024, the party branch of our school joined hands with Liangling Community to carry out the activity of delivering blessings by writing Spring Festival couplets. At the activity site, several calligraphers spread paper and prepared ink, and set up a formation. The residents of the community quickly gathered around and orderly lined up, received numbers, and selected the content of the Spring Festival couplets, looking forward to the finished products of their own Spring Festival couplets. The calligraphers also lived up to the expectations of the public. They concentrated their minds and gathered their spirit, splashed their strokes with ink, and wrote slowly and smoothly. After a while, a vigorous and powerful calligraphy font suddenly appeared on the paper, rendering a strong festival atmosphere. The residents who received their thousands of selected Spring Festival couplets smiled happily, spread them carefully on the open ground, and waited to dry contentedly.

Seeing that the residents have fulfilled their wishes, calligraphers are more enthusiastic, play well and respond to requests. "Thanks to the Party, without the Communist Party, we would not have a happy life today". Residents took over the written Spring Festival couplets and expressed their gratitude to our Party excitedly.

More than 200 copies of Spring Festival couplets were sent out during the activity, which was highly praised by the residents of the hydropower community.

Civilized and Warm hearted Poverty Alleviation

"Can the people in need warm and safe over the winter, and do they have winter reserves..." The executive principal of our school Ran Yuansheng, the deputy secretary of the Party branch Huang Jinyan, and the executive deputy principal Jiang Huanqian deeply missed the winter situation of the people in need, and under the leadership of Secretary Wei of Liangling Community, they brought condolences to the people in need in the hydropower community. Several leaders listened carefully to the voices of the people in difficulty, cared about their sufferings, encouraged them to build confidence, and through help and their own efforts, they could make life better.

Civilized practice of volunteer service

In order to create a clean and livable environment for the hydropower community, volunteers from the Party branch of our school carried out patriotic health volunteer service. Volunteers hold brooms, where there is garbage, there are their figures. They are active in the public areas, sanitary corners, roadside flower beds, etc. of the hydropower community. With their vigorous efforts, the community has been cleaned clean and tidy.

In this volunteer service activity, the party members of our school party branch remember the mission, take the lead in making contributions, pool the positive force of doing things and starting businesses with a good work style, earnestly practice what the people need to do, and win the support and trust of the masses with practical actions.
